At Domi Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your outdoor furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
